Showing her support for World AIDS Day, Penelope Cruz was spotted at the Empire State Building in New York City last night (December 1).

The “Vanilla Sky” hottie was in the house to help launch (RED)’s new awareness compaign “An AIDS Free Generation is Due in 2015.”

In related news, preggers Penelope is slated to appear on the cover of Vogue magazine as a face of the RED Campaign.

She’ll be photographed by renowned German lensman Peter Lindberg. Cruz says she got involved to “help us remember the suffering that millions of people live with.”
